Required enrollment documents

To complete your child’s enrollment at Hardison Home Group Daycare, the following documents are required:

Immunization Records: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations as per state requirements.
Emergency Contact Information: Names and phone numbers of individuals authorized to pick up your child.
